Q.01 What exactly is “Vibe Coding”?
Vibe Coding is a contemporary approach to software where you use natural language and AI (like ChatGPT or Cursor) to build applications. Instead of writing every line of syntax, you describe the “vibe” and functionality you want.
It’s fast, it’s intuitive, and with our help it actually works.
Q.02 Is Vibe Factory just another AI tool?
Not exactly. We are a hybrid service — part training studio, part tool-builder, and part engineering safety net.
We provide the professional foundation (a professional app starter kit) and the human expertise to ensure your AI-built project doesn’t fall apart when it hits the real world.
Q.03 Is this part of Blueberry Consultants?
Yes! Vibe Factory is part of Blueberry Consultants. We are backed by Blueberry’s 25 years of UK engineering experience and expertise, but we operate as a streamlined, priced service rather than a traditional consultancy.
Workshops & first steps
How to begin — even with zero coding experience.
Q.04 I have zero coding experience. Can I really do this?
Absolutely. Our “Newbie” track is designed specifically for people who have never opened a code editor.
We lead with friendly, non-technical workshops that show you how to guide an AI to build your first working app in a single session.
Q.05 What happens in the Workshops?
We offer two levels:

Level 1: An introduction to the basics — your first end-to-end build in a single session.

Level 2: A hands-on Builder’s Session where you bring your messy prototype and our experts help you un-stick the code and resolve logic issues.
Q.06 Where are the workshops held?
We are starting locally in Birmingham. Look out for our big launch events during Birmingham Tech Week in October.
We are also making the workshops available as an online resource for those who prefer learning at their own pace without the need to travel.
The 75% Wall, hosting & the Foundation
What we do when the AI breaks itself.
Q.07 What is the “75% Wall”?
It’s the point where an AI-generated app becomes too complex for the AI to manage alone. The AI starts breaking its own code, and you get stuck in a loop of errors.
That’s where we step in with our Rescue Support to clean up the architecture and get you to 100%.
Q.08 Do you host my app for me?
We believe in total ownership. Instead of hosting it for you, we help you host it yourself.
Our VF Wizard tool and support team help you set up your own professional cloud accounts (like AWS) so you own the keys and the code forever.
Q.09 What is the VF Foundation?
Think of it as a professional “chassis” for your app. AI is great at building features but bad at building secure foundations.
The VF Foundation is a pre-built kit that provides enterprise-grade security, stability, and scalability right out of the box.
How it’s priced and who it’s for

We offer a multi-level service to fit different needs:

Q.11 Can Vibe Factory support my whole company?
Yes. We offer Company Packages that include private, secure AI environments for your team, custom training, and high-level engineering oversight.
We make sure your internal tools meet corporate security standards.
Q.12 What if my app grows into a massive business?
That’s the beauty of the Vibe Factory path. Because we use the VF Foundation, your code is Extensible.
If your project grows beyond Vibe Coding, it is already built to professional standards — making it easy for Blueberry Consultants (or any pro dev team) to take over and scale it to the moon.
